Philly Get Ready Baby

Give me a bottle and motherfucking cup, So me and boys can get, What!!! Fucked Up!!!! Yeah Understand…. Shit is about to go down Philly. Stand the Fuck up. These are your home town heroes the dudes tearing down the Red Warehouse, going later then 2:00 and still giving you what you want. The bols Emynd and Bo Bliz are doing it non stop this year with a big first quarter showing. Pushing Cross Faded Bacon and White Tees White Belts to the limit with a new mix CD dropping for WTHN, new mix dropping on the 51:51 podcast, new record full of banging club hits on Flamin Hotz, new Wire inspired t shirts and still holding down the best party in Philly since 2005. I am so happy to be involved with these dudes and just to support the shit out of some local talent. Even before we sent the promos out on this release we had Scottie B knocking on our door asking for the release so he could drop the hits tonight at Fabric.

Peace to all my dudes in the UK who are gonna see Scottie B, but when he drops those tracks yinz are just getting a taste of that really real shit that is Emynd and Bo. Along with Dan the Swede they are about to destroy this months White Tees and White Belts. The party jumps at 11:00 pm so be there for the free mix tapes and shirt give a ways. As always this party is BYOB with a free mixer bar and goes late. Special late night DJ set by none other then Brendan Bringem who is going to bring that late night heat to this spot. I can not wait to Dip Dip and Fall back son. Look at the pics from last month from the dude Drink Moloko and get ready for another whole night of mayhem.

BOOYA!!!!

tweeter3.jpgWell 2006 has been a really good year for us. Basically we got our feet on the ground and now we are running and doing the damn vinyl thang. We are gearing up for another release so things are hectic around the office but our current release with the Trouble and Bass crew is blowing up. We got written up in a couple of magazines recently and we will post those up in a little bit. But we gotta hunker down and make some deadlines in the next week to keep your parties laced with the hottest shit. So right at the end of the year our boy DTL of Trouble and Bass laced us with this mix and its hot shit. Lots of reedits, og tracks, and other Trouble and Bass gems. Take a minute to listen and then go cop the Bass Bandits EP. Look guys its number 4 on the vinyl charts at TTL and we need to push it to number one just like the Curtis Vodka record. Also if your local independent record store wants to carry Flamin Hotz Records please feel free to take the time to email me and we can get this on and poppin. Otherwise we got this shit on lock in 2007 and beyond.

WE RUNNIN THIS $HIT

Curtis Vodka #1

Yo, this is Casi G, and I am so happy right now. I straight took the pin out of my chair at my office so I can officially lean all the way back. Oh snap I almost fell out of my chair I am so happy (plus I am listening to this new Cira, Jazzypha sampling Kraftwerk forever). You know why I am so happy, Curtis Vodka’s Yeti Bounce is the number one seller at TTL. You know what else? We have just finalized a lot of the tracks on Flamin Hotz 003. Oh snap, you know what else I have finally been able to move a bunch of records out of my hallway so you should be seeing this record in a store near you. If not email me and I will sort you out.

So thank you to everyone who has bought our record, booked our artists, and has supported Flamin Hotz. Big things to come in the next months and we will be getting that heat in your hands just that soon.

So I know people need some more Funk Carioca in their life and we gots that straight heat. Our boy Greg over at Beat Dispora has just come back from a summer down in Rio and he basically A&R’d a whole record for us so look for tha heat soon. He hipped us to this new podcast and this will tide you over for now so Get it here.
